The following rubric will be used to assess the assignment found in Unit 2, Activity 2: During reading.

Category: Knowledge and Understanding: understanding of during reading strategies

Criteria: Level 1 (0% - 49%). – limited knowledge of during reading strategies and processes

Criteria: Level 2 (50% - 64%). – adequate knowledge of during reading strategies and processes

Criteria: Level 3 (65% - 79%). – considerable knowledge of during reading strategies and processes

Criteria: Level 4 (80% - 100%). – thorough knowledge of during reading strategies and processes

 

Criteria: Level 1 (0% - 49%). – limited understanding of the importance of the KWL during reading strategy

Criteria: Level 2 (50% - 64%). – adequate understanding of the importance of the KWL during reading strategy

Criteria: Level 3 (65% - 79%). – considerable understanding of the importance of the KWL during reading strategy

Criteria: Level 4 (80% - 100%). – thorough understanding of the importance of the KWL during reading strategy

Note: A student whose achievement is below Level 1 (50%) has not met the expectations for this assignment or activity.
